LAMB OF GOD: New Audio Interview With MARK MORTON Available

HeadbangersBlog.com talked to guitarist Mark Morton of Richmond, Virginia metallers LAMB OF GOD this past Tuesday (January 20) about the creation of the band's new album, "Wrath", the politics of metal, the first video from the album, "Set to Fail", and the changes the group has experienced since its first record came out in 1998 under the name BURN THE PRIEST.

A new LAMB OF GOD track entitled "Set To Fail" is available for streaming at AltPress.com. The song comes off the band's forthcoming fifth album, "Wrath", which will be released in North America on February 24 via Epic Records. The CD will be issued in other territories through Roadrunner Records.

A track-by-track "preview" of "Wrath" is available on the Metal Hammer web site.

"Wrath" was produced by Josh Wilbur and was recorded in studios in New York, Virginia, and New Hampshire.

LAMB OF GOD will release a digital-only single, "Set To Fail", in the U.K. on February 2. The cover artwork for the single can be viewed below.
